Over 10 years at Great Learning, I built three products from scratch: an LMS that serves 50K+ users daily, a CRM that replaced LeadSquared for 500+ salespeople, and an ops dashboard that saves ₹15 crore a year. Along the way I grew the design team from just me to eight people, built a design system from the ground up, and shipped React prototypes that went straight to production.
